Keogh has worked with many large manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the United States including Monsanto, Syngenta, Terra Industries, Helena and Wilbur Ellis. His expertise is helping companies increase their profitability by focusing upon priority accounts, and customer loyalty issues. With extensive contacts within the business community, and numerous projects involving sales performance improvement and customer experience management under his belt, Keogh brings a wealth of strategic and tactical experience to the retail environment. He has recently completed Satmetrix’s certification requirements to become a certified Net Promoter Associate.
Bill has been interviewed numerous times for his views on improving retailer sales performance and customer loyalty. He has been a key note speaker at several conferences and currently writes a monthly column in a leading business magazine.

A founding partner at Experiata Inc, Graham is a former senior executive at Adculture Group, a marketing consulting and communications firm focused on the North America business to business segment. He has provided strategic marketing counsel to organizations such as Ciba, Monsanto, Novartis, Rhône-Poulenc, Cargill, Syngenta, University of Guelph Executive MBA program, and the Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA).
